Very well located and good value for money in a really expensive town
Pros: Extremely well located right on Rialto vaporetto stop. Easy walk to San Marco and many shops and restaurants. Breakfast outside area looks straight onto Rialto bridge, vibrant. Our room at the back was very quiet Cons: It’s pretty old and room decor was tired and it was rather musty. Maybe that because Venice is all on the water. But it was clean and air conditioned and beds were OK

It was ok for not large sum of money I paid( booked in advance) but I wouldn’t chose it again.
Pros: It is located in the centre of the city. Very easy access from bus or train, just few minutes by water bus, which stops right outside of the hotel. Cons: Decor is very tired. I understand that it is supposed to be rustic, but duct tape on the carpets is not rustic. If you book just double room- don’t expect usual space, it was cramped. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly- especially breakfast waiters. It had good selection of breakfast items, but hotel is definitely fighting bug infestation- I have seen running friends in breakfast room every day.
