Rest, proximity, variety
I liked the location, shops around, 24-hour supermarkets, 2 metro stations of different lines D and another F very close and another one with letters q, n, r, s about 500 meters away, changed towels every day and cleaned the room, asked for a small fridge and they put it in, there was a coffee maker in the room, all the staff very friendly. I would repeat, it's perfect for the price.
