10/10 Service
Only stayed for one night as we were going to a concert but we had a great experience, only wishing we could’ve stayed longer! Didn’t catch her name but one of the ladies on reception for check in was very kind to us. Great drinks from the bar too! Also had breakfast delivered to the room and it was delicious :) Couldn’t fault it!
Worst hotel EVER stayed at
Absolute nightmare. The staff on reception know that the local authority undertake regular maintenance behind the hotel late at night. There was no warning and apparently there is NO-ONE from management to talk to at night! It was horrendously loud. I complained on the hotel site (local)and was then referred to their Head Office who then referred me to their complaints form. My reply from them, eventually, was that they couldn't do anything as we'd booked through Booking.com! To top it all off the side roads around the hotel are full of aggressive junkies. Give it a wide berth!
Fabulous Gresham stay
Fantastic staff, they coudn't have been more helpful, always pleasant and smiling. Lovely bedroom and bathroom, Food brilliant and ambience fantastic. Will definitely be back for return visits.
Great Dublin Base!
Our family of 4 recently spent 3 nights (2 rooms) at the Gresham. We arrived at the hotel from our overnight flights at around 10:30am and we were thrilled that one of our rooms was available for early check in (at no extra charge)! We were super happy to be accommodated and it allowed us to freshen up a little before setting out to explore the city. Breakfast was terrific. It was busy at times but manageable and well organized. We were very happy with our deluxe rooms. Nicely updated and we weren't bothered at all by the noise that some reviewers found with the non-carpeted flooring in the ha
Rediscovery
Have not stayed here for many years, pleasantly surprised and wondering why I did not rediscover before now. Bright spacious public spaces. The bedroom we stayed in was well appointed with a bathroom as big as the bedrooms of some newer hotels. Beds very comfortable and first class breakfast. Pleasant stay and will be back
