Adequate
Pros: Excellent location just across from the tower. Spacious bathroom with great shower. Adequate breakfast - although they will only make you one coffee (albeit a very nice coffee!) Cons: The rooms are badly in need of refurbishing. Very basic with chipped furniture. The walls were stained and lampshades etc very dirty. There was also a big metal shutter so you couldn’t get any natural light. If you are passing through Pisa for a night, this hotel is fine due to its location. For a longer stay, look elsewhere.

Fantàstic!
Pros: Està al costat de la plaça dels miracles Cons: Feia una mica de calor a l'habitació (debien tenir algun motor de calefacció general encès però el terra estava calent. Res que no es pogués resoldre obrint la finestra)

Pros: Nice reception staff on arrival, lovely clean room and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Nice breakfast and perfect location. The price was great for the location to everything. A great place to stay! Cons: No issues, all good!
