Very pleasant staff, convenient location and access. The room was clean and matched the photos. There is also the option to leave luggage after check-out. I will come back and recommend it to friends

Perfect location for the train station

Pros: Perfect location next to the hbf. Very lucky with the Indian foodtruck on its doorstep, nice people wonderful food. Bed is nice, decor modern. Cons: Digital key. A great idea in theory, but only worked 50% of times. Stood like an idiot holding my phone to the sensor in the elevator for half a minute. Nobody in reception so took the stairs instead.

Pros: The location , and the bed was comfortable Cons: The whole communication with the AI app , wasn't communicated to the staff. And despite having paid for late check out , I had ppl knocking on my door asking me why I haven't left yet.
