The property itself and the amenities are amazing but the front desk staff is terrible. I checked in and booked my hotel through expedia. I honestly didn't even notice that instead of 2 people i put 1. When i checked in with my friend, nothing was brought up. But 4 hours after checking in, they called my room and asked for extra money. I was confused as this had never happened before and my question was if this was their policy why was it not brought up before at the time of check in?
