Pros: Very expensive hotel, trying to be top-notch but failing, despite many specific attentions. We paid 159 € for one night. That's huge. In my opinion, it's too expensive for what it is. Cons: Dirty carpet on the floor (a carpet is always dirty). Not a very warm welcome (cold, like a tourist factory). Shower temperature varies (very annoying and even unacceptable for 159 €). We ourselves have a Booking / Airbnb property. You are not up to your rating. For us, you are worth a 6/10, no more.

In general, we don't go there anymore.
Pros: The double bed was okay. One person was kind. Cons: The property hits you with the smell of mold and dampness. Old furniture, carpets, torn armchairs. One bed in the room was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. The pillows are terribly hard. My sheet was dirty. The windows are dirty. We could barely open them. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. In the shower cabin, the water was either hot or cold, you couldn't adjust it. Breakfast was not at all as abundant as described.
