Pros: This is the best hotel experience we have had. The room was exceptional, beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for everything, the breakfast great and the staff could not have been more helpful. i cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Palma Cons: nothing

Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel with a lot of historic charm. The staff was really friendly although sometimes hard to communicate with as we don't speak Spanish, we still managed. The breakfasts were excellent and the room was beautiful. Greatly situated with easy access to main attractions by foot. Wonderful local restaurants just around the corner as well as main attractions. The bottle of Cava that was waiting for us in our room was a wonderful gesture. Cons: We arrived after the front desk closed. We got extremely good instructions on how to find our room, but we had difficulty fin

Pros: The hotel was absolutely beutiful, the breakfast was stunning excellent quality food has been well thought through, the pool area is small and cute and great for respite Cons: We where on the 4th floor but didnt bother us as we travel very light and good to get our steps up!
