Pros: Breakfast! Cons: The room is good, but we were left without air conditioning in terrible heat! There was only air conditioning in the reception, several customers went to the reception because it was impossible to stay in the room! I argued with the hotel supervisor! Impossible to be treated like this! They gave me a fan to put in the room and a bottle of water! The next day they transferred me to another hotel in the chain! Unfortunately, in this new hotel, my data leaked on the internet and I had problems with my credit card! In the end, my experience was not good at all!

The hotel is located right next to Estacio de Franca, but still very quiet

The hotel is located right next to Estacio de Franca, but still very quiet. The old town, the port, and several museums are within easy walking distance. The hotel is also well connected in terms of transportation, and a city tour stop is nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and air-conditioned.
