Pros: Location Cons: Staffing too tight / staff quality does not correspond to the price in any way / efforts are partially present, but without training / if three stars acceptable, but not at five stars

Very nice hotel in a very nice place but the service is not at the level it should be at that price point
Pros: The location and the building are gorgeous. It is the place to be in Wachau with outstanding views over the garden. The food is very good Cons: This is a very expensive hotel, therefore you expect high levels of service and they do not deliver; many staff are not polite enough in many areas and do not make you feel welcomed. Just as an example (there are many more, this one is only illustrative). The breakfast starts at 7:30, I had an early start due to a bike race and I arrived at the breakfast place at 7:00, one couple (maybe friends) were there eating, drinking coffee, but I was immed
