Pros: The front desk staff was very kind and provided excellent customer service, making me feel comfortable. I am happy to be in a place that makes me want to come back again and again. Cons: Nothing in particular.

Good value for money, including airport transfer
Location close to the airport, room was small but clean. The staff is friendly and speaks English. It is very convenient to book a room with airport transfer included. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is close to the train station, so you only have to walk a couple of minutes when you get off.

Pros: The staff was very kind. The facilities are indeed old, but that adds to the charm, making it a very pleasant stay. The lobby reminded me of a good hotel from the old days. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was punctual and comfortable. I would definitely use it again when traveling abroad from Kansai Airport next time. Cons: There was no razor in the amenities. The attached restaurant seemed suspicious.
