Pros: Die Sauberkeit, die sehr gute Lage im Zentrum mit Nähe zum „Haupbahnhof“ Southgate Station, ganz guter Preis und brauchbares Frühstück Cons: Die Fußgängerampel an der nächsten Ecke hat (bei Grün) die ganze Nacht gelärmt (toktoktoktok…..) und zeitig am Morgen hat jeden Tag die Müllabfuhr gelärmt.
