Forced to file a chargeback to get my money back.
• The Charge: Immediately debited my account for the highest night + tax months before the stay.
• The Service: Unresponsive. Every email address provided on the confirmation ignored my messages.
• The Broken Promise: Canceled over the phone and received confirmation, but the refund never arrived in the promised 3–5 business day window.
• The Resolution: Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to get refunded.
A solid 1-star experience. They take your money instantly, but returning it requires a fight.

For a concert in New Orleans at the Joy Theater
Balcony. Even though it's small and not as large as in the pictures (only 1 room on each floor looks like that) you will have 2 seats. No side table room but at least you can be outside & hotel has a good location. Believe me if you like a balcony room in New Orleans this is already a big plus. Next time I'll find out what the room #'s are for the bigger balcony spaces since they look really fine.

Really is a special place
Really is a special place. Beautiful building, attentive staff, amazing atmosphere. Around the block from Bourbon Street, but we didn't hear any noise from it. Courtyard was pretty and peaceful. We hope to return someday.

Loved the Pool!
Pros: The Staff was awesome. And the pool and courtyard were our favorite part.
Cons: Everything was as expected and we enjoyed our stay. I did not like leaving!
