Our stay was wonderful despite what I noted above.
Pros: Cleanliness, breakfast, nice shower, location, helpful staff, Cons: No ice machine . No bath tub mat to prevent falls in shower. Not enough space to hang up and store clothing. I feel that it was expensive ie almost $400 Canadian dollars per night .

A great choice for value
After several days flying to be able to get into our room early was an absolute bonus.The hotel is perfect for the train traveller.We managed a full day travelling around the lake,major towns and medieval villages and castles using train and ferry.The hotel is very good value for money in an environment that is expensive for us.
