pleasant, clean, tidy
Pros: I did not try the 15 euro breakfast. Good on-site restaurant, both Indian and Italian. Cons: Some issues with the TV and the number of towels in the room, but they were always resolved. The bathroom door was not perfectly aligned.

It's okay. Good location for one night while passing through and visiting Brussels.
Pros: Large room with air-conditioning, free parking. Restaurants seemed good, but I didn't have time to try them. Cons: TV has limited channels and radio, unable to add Netflix, etc., to entertain children. Kitchen staff were outside talking late at night, which we could hear as our room was at the back. The room was a Quadruple, with 2 single beds and a double bed. The double bed, in my opinion, is too small for two adults; it's more like a 3/4 size compared to the single beds.
