Pros: 朝食のレストランスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく良かったです。長い髪の毛のスタッフさんでした。 テラスでの朝食も最高に気持ち良かったです。 Cons: 朝食のバイキングが劇混みで時間ロスが勿体なかった。

Comfortable pleasant hotel

Pros: Convenient location. Close to train and a good mall for all the shopping needs. Meals at the hotel were well above what most hotels provide. Cons: Only a small number of car parks on site but do provide paid tickets for parking lots close by

We waited an hour for our food to arrive at dinner, only after making a moderate fuss. Other diners came, ate, and went

Pros: Location, impressive foyer, good parking. Efficient reception staff. Breakfast was very good. Cons: Terrible service at dinner in the Chinese restaurant, cracked and unhygienic handbasin in our bathroom.

浴槽内の改善を！その他は大好きなホテルです。

Pros: 日立駅から近くて、お値段もお得でした。 Cons: 高齢の母と2度目の利用でしたが、浴槽内に滑り止めがなくて、前回同様今回も湯船から立ち上がれなくて大変でした。 お湯を全部抜いて、何とか脱出できたとの事。お年寄りに優しい施設であって欲しい。

費用はかかっても、クロスなどを変えた方が売り上げが上がるのでは？とずっと考えてしまいました。

Pros: スタッフの方は優しい雰囲気でした。 Cons: フロア全体と部屋が、ものすごくタバコ臭く、禁煙ルームだったので、かなり辛かったです。
