Pros: Convenient location to Pike Place, the waterfront as well as shopping in Westlake. Cons: Rooms are very tight but not unusual for a hotel in a city.

Nice and cozy
Clean and cozy. The checkin process was great. I received a text to checkin on me due to a late check which was nice. Staff was friendly and the room was clean

No service of any kind! And no one answers the phones! And no drawers ! No return for me!
No service of any kind! No valet! No room service! No customer service! No housekeeping! No one answers the phone. Could only get through to the restaurant who said they would ask the front desk to call us.. no one did! And no drawers anywhere! And we had a deluxe room! Poor water pressure from all faucets. Had a reservation for our return leg to Seattle. We cancelled.

Very nice boutique feel. Excellent service and property is well kept. I would definitely stay again.
