Very Disappointing… not as described!!
This has been a great hotel but now it’s awful living on its past glory! The internet didn’t work all week !! The air conditioning didn’t work at all !! I am not sure what work was actually done during the recent refurbishment? It claims to be 4star but it’s barely 2star !! Very disappointing!!

Beautiful view
Hotel is built on top of the mountain and it has exceptional views of the mountains and valleys. Landscaping around the hotel was basic. Elevators are functional and breakfast buffet was good. Rooms are dated, cooling was bellow average, bathroom had sewer odor due to screwed in clean out ports. No outlets for recharge devices so I had to use bathroom plug. Bathroom had 110 and 220 outlets which was a plus. Balcony had beautiful views if you don’t mind few mosquitoes.

I thought the food choices were great although the food wasnt hot - it was warm at best. Plenty of foods to choose from at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sunbeds are past their best and most beed replacing. The air con is pretty much terrible. I have to be honest, if you are a hot person, you'll struggle. I had to drag my bed under the fan/AC to try and get some sleep. Hotel spotlessly clean and i thought drinks were good price. It is 20 minute walk to newrest anything so a car would be advantageous. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
