Excellent service by the staff, parking 19€ per day, good beds but poor AC in the room

They have the heating on all day. The heat in the facilities is unbearable.

Turin is very beautiful, too bad about the hotel.
Very disappointing, the rooms urgently need maintenance, the floor is detached and creaks, not soundproof at all. It was quite hot for two days, I asked why the air conditioning wasn't working, the answer was that they had not yet received authorization from the municipality to turn it on, so the second night they gave me a fan and opened the windows.
