Beautiful hotel in a great location

Pros: The suite we stayed in was magnificent. Totally blew us away. The views from the living room window and balcony were priceless. The hotel is in the old town square next to the clock. The whole area is alive with activities, restaurants , bars etc etc. The rooftop terrace is a must do but be prepared to wait for a table. Cons: Paying 350 euros night for a suite i did not expect to be charged 6 euros fo a bottle of water in my room. Total rip off. If you have a lot of luggage it may be difficult getting to the hotel because it is in a pedestrian zone.

Pros: A lovely hotel, understated with the emphasis on service in a superb location We stayed in a junior suite with a view over Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock, very stylishly decorated, sympathetic to the 12th century building (not in a "corporate" style) extremely comfortable bed, fully stocked mini bar, large sitting room and dressing room, excellent room service. The bathroom was quite small and dated; clean and functional but definitely needs an upgrade with much better lighting The bar/restaurant/terrace was welcoming with super staff, all smiling and seemed genuinely happy

Very with clean up with to date with decoration that perfectly matched the city around it
