Lovely hotel, would choose to stay here again!
Pros: Amazing location, in the heart of the Old Town. Lovely old building, charming bedrooms, lovely, helpful staff, fantastic underground bar, just amazing to see what they have done deep underground Cons: no elevator, had to climb three floors from reception to my room, but a small price to pay to stay in such a lovely old building....and the exercise was good!!
Cons: Samotný pobyt byl v pořádku, ale velmi nepříjemně nás překvapil způsob závěrečného placení. Při příjezdu jsme zaplatili částku označenou jako poplatek za ubytování s tím, že povinný městský poplatek bude uhrazen až na konci pobytu. Při závěrečném vyúčtování však hotel k tomuto poplatku připočetl také spropitné, a to ještě předtím, než se nás zeptal, zda s jeho zaplacením souhlasíme. Spropitné má být vždy dobrovolné a host by se měl sám rozhodnout, zda ho chce dát a v jaké výši. Za velmi problematické považuji zejména to, že zahraniční host, který nezná výši ani princip pražského mí

Super lange und nettes Personal, wir waren spontan mit den Rädern da und es war kein Problem.
