Pros: The staff was very friendly. Cons: It has nothing to do with 4 stars. No Wi-Fi, no minibar, no service phone, no parking (except for the underground garage that you have to pay extra for per night), breakfast in the basement without windows, lack of fresh air in the corridors on the upper floors. The restaurant only serves breakfast. The bar at the reception is just a small drinking corner, we would have had to wait for the night shift to get something there, as the late shift unfortunately was not able to serve us, let alone understand us.

Cons: We paid a 200€ deposit, at the reception we were told that we would get it back. It's been 3 weeks now. Every time we call and ask, we don't get proper information and the staff says they have to clarify it with the manager and will get back to us. Despite several attempts, nobody has contacted us. Absolutely unprofessional and annoying.

Rooms given to other guests

Pros: Nothing Cons: The rooms were rented out to other guests. We were left without accommodation in the middle of the night. According to reviews on other platforms, this seems to happen frequently at the hotel. So, do not rely on the booking.

Pros: The accommodation was close to the center, very good value for money, friendly staff Cons: Didn't like the toilet paper, it was very thin and at the end, you end up using more of it.
