I’ve stayed at many hotels during my time traveling and quite honestly none of them come close to how amazing my experience was stay at Hotel Verde!!! I’d have to say one of the biggest contributors to my amazing experience was the staff. Both Naaman and Suleiman, who worked reception, were incredibly kind to me and my family and beyond that just simply so helpful. They made our stay here, magnificent. Pros: Simple hotel. Nothing special
Cons: Price-quality ratio of the food. Be careful not to fall into the trap of eating at the lunch buffet. They offer it to you, but afterwards, they present you with a bill of 25 dollars per person for a mediocre lunch buffet.

Most of the dishes lacked flavor and were quite tasteless. The restaurant staff were very unprofessional. We felt harassed during our dinner, and the way we were treated made both me and my children feel very uncomfortable. The pool staff were also disappointing. Exceptional
Pros: This resort is exceptional. The staff were great and made our stay real fun. Abbas and a trainee, I do not remember his name, gave us a warm welcome with Hakuna Matata. We were treated like queens. We got in early after a long flight from Cameroon, and they gave us the opportunity to shower at the spa while preparing our room for early check-in. We enjoyed the chair massage, the ride around the resort. Very large rooms, wonderful breakfast, excellent staff, polite and welcoming people. I strongly recommend this hotel. I would love to come again.
