Hôtel choisi par précipitation suite à annulation mais très belle surprise au final

Pros: Tout Cons: Rien

Pros: The location was lovely, on the beach. The pool was also great but only available from 10 AM, would be great if it was accessible earlier in the morning. Cons: When we arrived to the accommodation, the water was not running. It continued till the next morning so we were without water for 10 hours straight, even though we were assured it will start again during the night. No water in the shower, toilet or the sink. There was no solution offered for us and the staff at the desk that evening wasn’t very pleasant.

Cons: in 9th floor aircondition just does not exist average food selection

The hotel is family-friendly, with friendly staff and a great location, very close to the city centre and other attracti

Pros: The location, a two-minute walk will take you to a beautiful little beach with warm, crystal-clear waters. Cons: I didn’t like seeing people reserving the pool loungers with their towels from 7 in the morning until 9 at night. I could see this happening from my balcony. I think this policy should be changed.

Pros: Orgazzazione della reception, del bar e del ristorante veramente impeccabili. Posizione centrale dell'hotel, servizio buffet completo e dettagliato. Cons: Manca un servizio di sorveglianza rigorosa alle piscine; ognuno fa quello che vuole, occupa le sdraio e i lettini senza essere presente e molti sono costretti a rinunciare alla piscina per colpa di questi incivili. Il servizio di pulizia delle camere è organizzato molto male:: in una settimana non abbiamo mai capito quando fosse pronta la camera (a volte prima di pranzo e a volte dopo pranzo.
