We felt comfortable

Pros: Very nice staff, kettle in the room, close to the tram station Cons: Soft bed, only one duvet for 2 people, no shower door, shower water too hot

Pros: Last-minute booking at a great value. Their staff are friendly and accommodating. Cons: Only that there was construction with electric sand vibrations that woke us up the first two mornings. Thankfully, it did not happen on the third and fourth day.

Shocking

Pros: Nothing. Cons: The location was not convenient for visiting the city and is hard to get to. Once there, it didn't come across as super clean. My experience with the staff was less than 0. Was not friendly or helpful. Then told me to agree to something and once I did they did not follow through with their agreement and left me out on the street in Amsterdam with no money and no booking. Be careful

Pleasant stay in Amsterdam

Pros: A bit out of the center but close to public transport stops. Supermarket, ice cream shop, and pizzerias within walking distance. Friendly staff. Free street parking near the property. Cons: Room and bathroom too small for three people. Cleaning not impeccable. Lack of a fridge in the room.
