The place is amazing, especially the team working there: Jose, the young Jose, the other gentlemen at the main door.

Every individual member of staff in this hotel could not be more helpful or respectful. Nothing was an issue and we could not rate this hotel higher. Hotel amazing, staff out of this world. Thank you, we always go back when in Madrid as a result.

Cons: Air conditioning too cold in the lobby, restaurant, and breakfast room. The bar/restaurant has astronomical prices for what is served (e.g. 15 euros for a toast as big as the one from McDonald's)
