Absolutely everything The style is beautiful and the hotel is extremely clean. Parking is a breeze, and valet is available. Customer service is wonderful and unpretentious, I enjoyed being greeted by Jacob in the hall on my way for my morning coffee! Location is top-notch that alone is a reason to stay here. Plenty of entertainment around, walking distance to the historic shops and next-door to the train station. Rooms are clean and the beds are actually comfortable. Pros: Beautiful hotel. Clean and modern. Loved that the train is right in the back of the hotel and 2 stops to DFW. Cons: Everything was perfect!
