Vstřícný personál. Parkování přímo u hotelu (za poplatek), ale střeženo kamerovým systémem. Dobrá lokalita, účastnili jsme se festivalu v dolních Vítkovicích a proto jsme ocenili, že se hotel nachází 100m od areálu.

Pros: Ubytování nebylo drahé. K dispozici mýdlo a šampon, rychlovarná konvice na pokoji Cons: Příliš měkká matrace, příliš horko na pokoji, nebyla klimatizace. Možnost zapůjčení větráku, ale pro mě jako alergika to není vhodné. Podlaha v koupelně velmi klouzala.

Na přespání to ujde.
Pros: Ubytování bylo na dobrém místě Dobrá káva v restauraci Cons: Bohužel na pokoji byla špinavá podlaha a popel od cigaret. V koupelně chybí fén na vlasy, bylo by dobré na to upozornit lidi ať si vezmou vlastní. Dostali jsme špinavé ručníky, ale bez problému nám je vyměnili. Snídaně hodnotím bohužel negativně.. velice malý výběr jídla a pokud si chcete přispat tak na vás skoro nic nezbyde. V blízkosti není žádný obchod s potravinami. Z vedlejších pokojů jde vše slyšet.
