Pros: The service is excellent, as is the location in Ealing. Cons: Only downside: The water in the shower was difficult to regulate.

Weekend stay
Pros: Perfect spot for attending a family wedding at nearby Pitzhanger Manor. Quiet with comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Air conditioning very welcome which kept room temperature perfect. Helpful staff. Close to lovely park and nice green area. Lots of great eating places very close by. Cons: Can't think of anything.

Disappointing service
Pros: Great location near Ealing Broadway station. Hotel is on a street with many restaurants (breakfast is also available in many places) and a supermarket around the corner. Paid parking on hotel premises. Cons: The service and friendliness! No wifi all week; was supposed to be fixed. Another receptionist said the router was broken. And in other reviews, I read that it has been going on for much longer. The dirty stained carpet is not cleaned, broken lamp (replaced), air conditioning keeps turning off. We had booked 2 rooms; 1 room only had hot water from the shower. Really too hot to shower

Good location but best luxury hotel in West London it is not.
Pros: Good location perfect for us in that respect as we were traveling back and forth between different events over the weekend Breakfast staff was very friendly, bathroom was decent Cons: Claims to be the finest luxury hotel in West London....I'm sorry but not even close. Damage along the walls, no information in the rooms, no menus etc the little things that make a hotel luxury... Room was just a room nothing outstanding about it despite being reassured the double bed was a double and not two singles pushed together, it was two singles pushed together which was uncomfortable if we slept in
