Good but could be excellent.

Pros: Close to tube and staff are polite Cons: The lightening in the room isn’t very good. The main light was poor. There is no plug sockets next to your bed for your mobile.

Perfect location, comfy beds and lovely staff

Pros: Lovely friendly staff especially Josh on reception Cons: The carpets are well past their best and badly need replacing as they are so stained and look very grubby even though they are obviously hoovered.
