Pros: The concierge, valet and staff were so welcoming and polite. The room was amazing. They accommodated the birthday celebration woth champagne and roses setup in the room. 10/10. Food was delicious. Cons: A little warm. But no worries, they brought a fan to the room No complaints
Staycation
I booked a night at Hotel Zaza for a staycation. I wanted to enjoy the pool, and a day without kids. Kiki and her poolside crew made the day so enjoyable, and I can't wait to book my next stay. When she found out I was celebrating my birthday, she went above and beyond to make sure it was a celebration.

Great experience at the hotel. Monarch restaurant is really quite good. We had a delicious breakfast and the food was both very tasty and innovative.
