The staff was wonderful
The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. However, the facilities were very old overall, with soft floors and a strong air freshener-like smell to cover up the moldy odor. The location is excellent, so overall satisfied, but may not want to stay multiple nights.

Excellent location close to the Perrache train station and Vieux Lyon
Excellent location close to the Perrache train station and Vieux Lyon. Very walkable. Lots of dining options nearby. Staff at the hotel were fantastic, responsive and friendly. The reception and dining area were charming and appealing. Breakfast was delicious!

Matilda was exceptional in her customer service
Matilda was exceptional in her customer service. Only negative is there is no lift. Not good for us as no assistance to get luggage upstairs. Will check before booking next time.
