Pros: The location is great, but there are any better options in Walmer that are better value for money. Cons: The communication was poor and struggled to get hold of someone to get check in information. The lady I did eventually get hold of was very rude. The biggest issue was that the place was not clean - the shower and bathroom has evidently not been cleaned, with hair shavings still I. The shower and a previous guests' sponge.
