Unique and peaceful

Pros: We had a wonderful time in Amsterdam and on the houseboat. If you’re looking for something different and special when it comes to accommodations, this is the perfect place. In the mornings, for example, we were greeted by a family of ducks on the adjacent canal. The surroundings are green and peaceful. At the same time, public transportation is readily available, so it doesn’t take long to get to downtown. It doesn’t take long by bike, either. Cons: We would have liked a little more tableware (one or two extra cups, spoons, or knives). Also, the bikes and the floorboards on the terrace

Pros: The porch is nice, although somewhat neglected and with mold, while having breakfast the ducks come close to you. Cons: The room is small, the hot water wasn't working when we arrived, although they fixed it in a while, the room is quite hot for the summer, there is only one fan. A bit dirty with accumulated dust. It also does not have a television.

Pros: The tranquility on the houseboat. It's completely different from a hotel room. Cons: Somewhat unpleasant was the slightly musty smell when entering the houseboat and in the bathroom. However, you get used to it after a short time. Hooks for hanging in the bathroom would have been good. Very little shelf space.

Great space, definitely needed the bikes to get around. 30 minutes to the centre.

Pros: Quirky, good location, free bikes Cons: No shops, bars, restaurants close by. Be aware if you arrive late at night.
