Pros: We lost our key during check out, and when we informed in Reception the lady was very kind to let us go home as we live locally and look through our stuff and come back in the evening to either pay the fine or handover keys if we manage to find it. Luckily, during unpacking we found the key hidden in between our stuffs and went back to hand over the keys Cons: N/A

Great hotel always consistent
Pros: I always love this hotel, it has everything you need in it and so useful to stay in when visiting family. The staff, especially the receptionist who is originally from Zimbabwe and is still there in the 6 years I have been staying here, are so helpful and friendly. Cons: This is the case for every hotel in Farnborough during this time, but I wanted to book an extra night which was during the airshow and suddenly it was 4 x the amount. So we had to find a place elsewhere
