Everything that was needed in an apartment and a great location

Pros: Spacious, good security measures, good location, clean and lovely facilities Cons: Nothing

Prima voor een langer zakelijk verblijft. In Farnborough zelf is niet veel te beleven

Pros: De kamer was basic ingericht, maar wel schoon en rustig. Cons: Bij de boeking stond aangegeven dat er een koffieapparaat zou zijn in het appartement. Er was alleen een waterkoker met thee en oploskoffie. Ik heb meerdere malen gevraagd aan de balie en mails gestuurd naar de receptie om te vragen of ik een espresso apparaat kon krijgen in het appartement. Mij werd verteld dat die wel aanwezig was in de Club appartementen, maar niet in het appartement wat ik had gehuurd. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik best extra wilde betalen voor het espresso apparaat, maar daar heb ik nooit enige reactie op gek

Amazing staff, clean bathroom

Pros: We booked the hotel last-minute because of a cancelled flight at Heathrow and were very pleasantly surprised, namely by the staff, who were professional, very helpful and generally amazing. I also appreciated the toiletries and almost spotless bath. Pillows and duvets were great and clean. Despite being in the ground level next to the street, the room was fairly quiet. Cons: On my part, just details, such as bathroom heating, which didn't work in any regime, or weird hair dryer, that worked only partially. Out mattress was quite weird, uncomfortable and bouncy and I felt like climbing my
