Amazing stay but it seemed like part of the staff was not effectively trained for the job yet.
Pros: Spacious and comfortable bedroom. The morning breakfast was great. Cons: The cleaning schedule seemed a bit random (sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the late afternoon, and even evening). The bathroom was not always fully supplied with what we needed (shower cap for example).

It’s a comfy stay
Pros: The cafe at the lobby is superb. Facilities and room are quite new and generally clean. I had a late check in but it was smooth. Cons: For a Hyatt brand, it can do better. Rooms are clean but some areas underneath furniture and large items are noticeably dusty.
