Pros: Gute Ausstattung, Restaurant, zentrale Lage Cons: Unmittelbare Nähe zum Krankenhaus. Häufige laute Sirenen. Preis/Leistung nicht ok.

The most extremely stressful stay ever.

Pros: We loved the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were also very comfy. The renovation of the rooms were nice. The front desk staff were pleasant but not overly eager to greet us. Cons: When we arrived in the evening we were not able to enter the lobby and nobody seemed to be on duty. We spent a good 20-25 minutes waiting on the sidewalk before someone finally answered the speaker call button. We were there for medical reasons and appointments with doctors, diagnostic procedures and other medical treatments. We booked a wheelchair accessible room & bathroom. We were unable to secure

Great room. Front desk staff needs training!

Pros: Room was very comfortable. Bed Was exceptional. Shower was great. Cons: Check in staff was rude and dismissive shows very little desire to help with even simple requests. Valet was useless, and misrepresented parking fees ($59 when I was told $30), which when asked about the charge, the front desk said valet was a third-party contractor and they had no say of what they charged. Again, dismissive!
