Great Staff!

Always spotless, and with a highly attentive staff. So many great bakery choices within just a few blocks, we just can't resist in the am's. It's very quiet as well. We never stay anywhere else when in Philly.

Solid hotel in a good area

Quick pitstop in Philadelphia for some cheesesteaks. Been a lifelong desire to go to Philly and partake in eating these sandwiches. The hotel was a short walk to Uncle Gus', Angelo's Pizzeria, and Del Rossi's. Was a great time and the hotel is situated in a really lively area. Room was large and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Das Hyatt Rittenhouse Team war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns einen Früh-Check-In ermöglicht. Wir wollten bis zum regulären Check-In nur unsere Rücksäcke verstauen und die Stadt entdecken. Es war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. So stellt man sich der Hyatt Service vor Danke!!!!! Cons: -

Pros: Location is great. Cons: Breakfast was horrible. The coffee is awful, and the food, meh.
