Pros: Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We met a staff member in the car park and she was so helpful. All staff were friendly and helpful and smiling. We were going to a concert in nearby vicar Street. Hotel was very close to the venue. We really enjoyed our stay . Cons: The only thing we could have been unhappy about was they didn't have our favourite drink at the bar. But we had plenty more to choose from.
Pros: The room was clean and bed was comfortable Cons: This property is not a proper Hyatt. I would not stay here again. Simply sub par. And the breakfast is something you would get at a Holiday inn off the interstate in Oklahoma... And breakfast bizarrely ends at 9am on a Saturday (which was fine as I had a flight to catch)
