Big disappointment for the obscene prices charged.

Pros: I liked the location and the room was clean. Everything was within walking distance. Attached restaurant was excellent. Cons: Check in person was not warm at all. Rooftop bar was closed at a time that would have been ideal to keep it open. Our room was only cleaned once during our stay. The noise for what we paid was absolutely unacceptable. Street noise, train noise and elevator noise were extremely high and bothersome. I expected a lot more for the prices charged. It was like staying at any other hotel. Nothing stood out. Pros: The front desk manager was nice. Cons: The housekeeper stole a pair of my brand new shoes from my room while u was away.

Loved our stay here, and we would highly recommend this property.

Pros: We loved the room, and the beautiful views. The restaurant on the 1st floor was wonderful, and the rooftop bar on 24 was amazing. Room was clean, and very nice. Staff was amazing, and very friendly. We would stay here again. Cons: The room, was beautiful., The views were fantastic, and the food was amazing. Great location, and lots to do in the area. Great place to start a Bears sunday as well.

Comfortable and nice staff. Not clean vents.

Pros: There was dust coming from the vents that got everybody sick. I have asked the manager for compensation and have not received a reply yet. Cons: Dust coming from vents getting everybody sick
