Checking in process with night shift team was terrible
Pros: Clean and good location Cons: Front desk and checking in process (in the evening) was terrible. Will not be going back

The hotel and the staff were disastrous
Pros: Breakfast was advertised as included. I thought it was American style. Buffet. But it was at a kiosk where the hotel grabs things and they made you something hot that came from somewhere else. A disaster. Cons: Everything could be better if they put in the effort. Everything I asked for, they said the description on booking is wrong and they have nothing to do with it. Not even the lobby. A 54-story hotel with a lobby that looked like a family room next to the kiosk.
