Good location, comfortable facilities but awful welcome staff
Pros: excellent central location comfortable and clean room Cons: having arrived off a cross Atlantic flight and undergone a gruelling public transport passage from JFK to the hotel we were greeted with possibly the least friendly and welcoming reception staff I have ever experienced
