Pros: Kitchen suite room was clean, and comfortable. Cons: The staff member checking me in was clueless
Pros: Kitchen suite room was clean, and comfortable. Cons: The staff member checking me in was clueless. He gave the wrong room keys to the guest in front of me. She went to her room and was back at the desk interrupting my check in 2 minutes later because the keys he gave her was to an occupied room and she literally opened the door to someone else’s room and they were in there. I travel with a lot of money and jewelry so that is not comforting. The guy checking me in was also was cursing several times and just not professional.
