It was a great location for attending a concert at the Spectrum Center, but all else was not a good.

Pros: Location Cons: We were only allowed to have one room key; there was no complementary coffee in the lobby; the first room we were given smelled of industrial chemicals.

I made sure to alert the staff about it so I would not be blamed and be charged for

Went back to front desk and they sent me to a different room. This room was very warm but I assumed maybe it was from the sun on that side of the building. That was until the temperature went up to 77 degrees. I tried calling front desk and only received busy signal. Sent text with no response, so I went back downstairs and was told they would send someone up to check it. When he finally got to the room he said everything was fine and it was just f
