Hyatt House Leeds

Good breakfast choice, helpful staff.

On arrival our room wasn’t available so we were upgrades to the next room as it was 7pm. Room Was clean and spacious. However theu have automatic lights in the bathroom which is next to the bed so every time you need to use the bathroom during the night the bedroom would light up and can’t turn the light off! So lead to a poor nights sleep. More concerning is the hotels food hygiene and safety! Upon going down to breakfast I noticed the so called chef put cooked cold sausages on the counter for them to be dumped into a hot plate… no prob for temperature and I could clearly see theses sausages

We were really impressed by Hyatt House Leeds and will definitely look to stay again on our next visit to the city. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. We slept really well. We were pleased to be given a room at the end of the corridor. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom has space to put your things out, and there was a shelf inside the shower which is so often missing in hotels. We had a decent sized couch facing a large tv. We didn’t make use of it but I thought it was cool the tv could be turned around to face either the couch or the bed. The bed was incredibly c
