Pros: Location, quality of services & very supportive staff Cons: Everything was clean but the management needs to address the toilet housekeeping- years of not deeply washing the bowl has left thick brown stains at the bottom of the bowl. It is very easy to address, I reported it, they did try but it was not all washed off. It’s an out-of-place sight for a hotel of this quality

Great Place to Stay, I Enjoyed my Trip
Pros: Room size is great compared to other hotels in London, comfortable bed, kitchenette, microwave, fridge. Soundproof rooms, good water pressure. Rooms were cleaned daily, all staff were very polite and willing to assist when called upon. Standard breakfast option. Loved the location, not central London, but Stratford Train and Bus Station are a few metres away and you can get to Central London in 15 - 20 mins with all major underground and overground rail lines. Also love the fact that the hotel is situated within the Stratford Westfield Mall. They gave me one hour complimentary late c
