Pros: Location, clean, modern, staff Cons: Breakfast was so so. First front desk person had no knowledge they had an electric car charger.

Great place to stay when in Louisville.
Pros: I stay at the Hyatt House every time I go to Looisville. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They have a good breakfast buffet, and in the evenings, you can get food and drink. It is close to many excellent restaurants, both local and national chains. There is also a great little coffee shop called Heine Brothers across the parking lot. Cons: Parking is difficult when they are full.

Looks can be deceiving, expected better
Pros: Location was perfect for our needs. Cons: Parking lot very full, property rented spaces for a hot rod show, lots of trucks and trailers in lot. Difficult to find parking. Front desk not very friendly. Shower lacked water power. Bed was not very comfortable.
