Staff Was Very Indifferent About Payment Concerns

Cons: I booked through a third-party website, which typically leads to the room and taxes being paid at the time of check-in. It looks like they voided my third-party reservation and initiated a new one under Hyatt so I could be subjected to their combined payment structure--which lumps room and taxes with the incidental fee. This means guests aren't charged until checkout. I didn't know this until I spoke with lead accountant Rodney Fowler and Assistant Manager Lesieli Toki; they came off as extremely indifferent. Great Hotel near ASU

Great location Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to be close to ASU. Lots of eating options within walking distance.

Pros: Great location and parking garage. Cons: TV in the room could’ve been bigger and updated. The remote batteries should’ve been replaced, we had issues selecting apps and movies to watch. That was irritating

Great time and my gf loved the stay as well
