Nice location, clean and comfy
This is a great location. We walked out the door of the hotel and across the street to the aquarium. So many places to dine within walking distance. Security in the hotel made us feel very safe.

Never again.....
Location was great to the aquarium and walking distance to restaurants! However, the room was absolutely atrocious for the price we paid. There was a used contact on the bathroom floor, the toilet was not clean and the bathroom smelled like pee, there was hair all over the place. The shower was somewhat clean- the most clean area of the whole room minus the hair. We put towels on the bathroom floor just to walk on the floor, it was so gross. The main light above the sofa did not work. The pull out sofa bed was painful to sleep on, every bar could be felt through the mattress. The only positive

Excellent Location
Location is perfect, right across from the Georgia Aquarium. Excellent and friendly service. Room was clean and comfortable. Noise level is a little high but is understandable since you are in downtown Atlanta. Pool is ok. The restaurant is not a formal restaurant. You order the food at the front desk, and they bring it to you. You may take it to your room, or you can sit at the tables in front of the bar.

Convenience and comfort
Sometimes in life, you get what you pay for, and this was certainly the case for our family's stay at the Hyatt.

Very nice experience except for the breakfast area
Pros: Unbeatable location, cleanliness, and good condition of the building: room hallways, elevators, etc. Cons: I think breakfast could be better and on busy days they should improve the available seating space.
