For a Hyatt, I expected more. Cleanness wasn’t a strong asset

Pros: Staff is very friendly, rooms are big and well equipped, and lots of parking lot. Cons: For a Hyatt, I expected more. Cleanness isn’t their strongest asset. My stay was a 4-nights long and they didn’t refilled the shower gel, I had to go to the front desk on the first night. Bath wasn’t impeccable clean, the towel hanging just fell down when I closed the bathroom door on the first night. The 2 glasses on my room were different, this small details that counts.

Cons: The hotel is currently under renovation. There was no cold water, and there was no water in the toilet, which made it very inconvenient to use the bathroom.

Fairly priced. Currently under renovations.

Pros: Outside of Baltimore, had many things around the area. Cons: Outlets did not work in rooms.

I had a pleasant stay!

Pros: The hotel was nice, the breakfast was good as well. Cons: My linen wasn’t really clean. That was pretty concerning, however, the staff were good about giving me more and addressing my concerns. I appreciated that.
