Pros: The building is very nice and beautiful I really like the lobby Cons: The rooms were clean but they had a little bit of bad smell.

Short walk to United Center.

Pros: The museum and location. Great restoration. Cons: It took a long time to order food at the bar.

Great room at convenient location.

Pros: Rooms & breakfast were wonderful!!! Location convenient for events at United Center. Cons: Parking. Very confusing where we could park. Signage could be better & it would be nice to have specific directions in an email from the hotel. Also, my confirmation email said parking was $30, then at check-in I was told it was $35.
